Issue with WOU and OPU subscriptions and confirms

Hi All,

There have been reports of issues with the WOU and OPU subscriptions.This has been replicated and appears to be only affecting the demo environment.

We do apologise for the inconvenience and hope this is resolved soon.

There is still a very big issue with WOU, OPU and CONFIRMS.

The fix has not change anything :-(
(FOr the demo, everuthong is running well for the real accounts).

We pushed out a fix yesterday evening in demo, which seems to have done the trick. Apologies for the inconvenience.

FYI the WOU messages are not working on both live & demo, instead they have been replaced by OPU updates?!? Bug can be confirmed by using the Streaming companion.

I reported this to the helpdesk yesterday, Friday 26th Jan, hopefully will be fixed by Monday?
