clarification on "#" and "" meaning

Hi all

the lighstreamer doc say :
empty string "" means repetition and "#" means zero value

in this example, i subscribed to UTM LTV BID OFR

line 1 : 1474535096326 17 4458.9 4459.9
line 2 : 1474535097806 # 4459.2 4460.2 <- in this case "#" in LTV means zero
line 3 : 1474535098285 2 # # <- but in this case BID and OFR cannot be zero !
line 4 : 1474535098434 1
line 5 : 1474535103632

in line 4, what are the BID and OFR value ? they can't be 0 !
are they also the same value as line 2 (would seems logical)?

and what are the bid and ofr value on line 5 ? why send an update if no trade and no change in price ?

thanks a lot

ps : this stream is from demo and i have only seen this behavior in indices stream not forex stream

# means null

According to the Network Protocol Tutorial "#" means NULL, not zero.
